Most of Ethan Hutchinson's work is custom. Every piece begins as a collaboration with you, from exact dimensions and wood selection to the overall design direction. HOW IT WORKS
Ethan's custom furniture design service is completely complimentary. Once we've talked through your project, I create 3D renderings in SketchUp so you can see the piece before it's built. When the design is right, I'll send your quote. To reserve a place in the production schedule we ask for a 50% deposit, and delivery runs 6–8 weeks from that point (larger, multi-piece orders may take longer). Shipping isn't included in the piece price, it's added to the final balance, due before delivery. We work with clients across the USA, so you can order custom furniture online from anywhere in the country.
How Your Custom Furniture Comes to Life
Ethan Hutchinson is ready to bring your vision to life, and the process always begins with a conversation. Location, use, and style are the essential details only you can provide. From there, you'll receive a series of free 3D woodworking drawings of your custom wood furniture, rendered in SketchUp so you can see the piece before it's built. Those drawings become the focus of a second conversation, where we refine the design around your needs. Once the direction is clear, I'll provide a quote — and a 50% pre-production deposit reserves your place in the schedule.
